Our knowledge and understanding of the beautiful local countryside of Monmouth fuels our passion and approach to this small batch, hand-crafted gin that is created in the traditional London Dry style.
It has been infused with ten botanicals including locally foraged rosehips and blackberry leaves to provide lots of lovely citrus on the nose and a hint of spice.
The flavour is well balanced, with juniper blending into a zesty citrus resulting in a well-crafted gin with botanical character.
