Granddad Jack’s 65 Miles Gin
From Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery
This gin is a homage to the hard working young man that Granddad Jack was, at just 13 years of age he cycled 65 miles through the hills of Timaru in New Zealand to work at a sheep station. He did this to help his widowed mother pay off the the Family farm.
A big and Bold Navy Strength Gin. Liquorice and aniseed on the nose developing into liquorice with citrusy lemon and lime on the palate, carrying through to a delightful orange sweetness on the finish. Outstanding in its complexity and textural intensity.
