Union Distillers Ltd
Founded in Leicestershire and produced in the quaint market town of Market Harborough, Union Distillers’ spirits are produced in small batches of 100 bottles at a time.
‘Gerard’ – their one-of-a-kind handcrafted copper still, has been specially built by their master distiller. It is believed to be the first of its kind in the UK.
It successfully merged with The British Honey Company in 2021, now with a brand portfolio including KEEPR’s, English Heritage Spirits, Dodd’s and 1606.
Age old traditions of craftsmanship paired with an innovative spirit are at the heart of the company’s distilling methods with all its brands produced from its distillery in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

Two Birds Sipping Gin
Cask rested for 3 months, this is a double wooded gin that is distilled with a rich mix of juniper berries and finished with a distinctive wood taste. Limited to only a few bottles a year.
