Oxley Gin
Oxley gin is a combination of 8 years work, over 38 recipes crafted using their unique and patented cold distillation process.
The result is a unique craft gin featuring 14 botanicals including traditional botanicals such as coriander, grains of paradise, Cassia bark, Juniper, Orris, liquorice and Angelica Root, whilst extracting flavour from other traditional botanicals in new ways-including fresh-frozen orange peel, lemon peel, and grapefruit peel.
This is combined with some more unusual botanicals including nutmeg, Meadowsweet, cocoa and vanilla beans, where cold distillation brings out a truer flavour of these.
