Legendary Husband and Wife team Jared and Anistatia make up Mixellany Ltd, writers, historians and cocktail and gin experts.
They are dedicated to presenting thoughts about all things related to the history of cocktails and spirits, bartenders and bartending: plus a few anecdotes and recipes.
Most of all there’s healthy dose of reminding you that quality over quantity counts in the true appreciation of the spirits and mixed drinks.
They are also writers of a number of books including the decoding masterpiece that is “The Distiller of London” and “Dicktales” – a celebration of the musings of legendary bartender and cocktail creator Dick Bradsell (creator of the White Negroni).
