Liverpool Gin
Liverpool Gin is a premium organic gin producer who makes gin from scratch using pure certified organic botanicals, producing a highly distinctive, aromatic drink. The brainchild of Liverpool Organic Brewery managing director Mark Hensby and head distiller John O’Dowd.
Every bottle of Liverpool Gin is produced in the heart of Liverpool City Centre at the Liverpool Gin Distillery. The distillery is home to two bars, one dedicated to gin and the other to dark spirits, as well as a seasonal kitchen, bartending school and gin laboratories where you can distil your own full-sized bottle of gin.
Liverpool Gin is a premium organic gin made using only pure certified organic botanicals, producing a highly distinctive, aromatic drink. Crystalline in appearance and luscious in body, it offers an intensely juniper yet complex and well-balanced botanical flavour layered over a rich cereal note followed with a bright citrus finish.
Available in four variants; Dry, Valencian Orange, Rose Petal and Lemongrass and Ginger.

Liverpool Dry Gin
Liverpool Gin is produced in limited, numbered batches at a site in Kirkdale, close to the former Bank Hall Distillery, which has provided much inspiration for the move into gin production. Ingredients such as the finest coriander, angelica, citrus and handpicked juniper berries result in a gin with a well-balanced nose, complex flavours and a long finish.
