Launched on World Gin Day 2013, the company started production in a purpose-made distillery at home, expanding in June 2014 into a 3000sq ft new distillery.
Free admission by appointment on available days with gin tasting. The stills are hand made by the Distiller. Four Tandem stills, with a total capacity of 240 lts per day.

Two Birds Countryside Spirit
A classic London Dry Gin, full juniper flavour and distilled with 4 other botanicals including coriander, citrus, orris root and one other.
Two Birds Sipping Gin
Cask rested for 3 months, this is a double wooded gin that is distilled with a rich mix of juniper berries and finished with a distinctive wood taste. Limited to only a few bottles a year.
