Edinburgh Christmas Gin features some truly unique botanicals. This festive spirit is distilled with Frankincense & Myrrh, which adds a fragrant aroma culmination in a nutmeg finish that evokes a quintessential yuletide warmth. Their distillers recommend sipping their Christmassy creation in a classic G&T to release some of the more complex flavours. It also works well in a Negroni, with the sweet myrrh providing balance to the bitter finish of the Campari.

Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin

Lovingly handcrafted in the Edinburgh distillery in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle, this brand new limited edition floral spirit contains chamomile, lemon balm, lemongrass and a generous burst of juniper, in addition to their usual signature botanicals. Gently infused with rose and hibiscus for a vibrant and passionate natural pink colour.

Edinburgh Gin’s Elderflower Liqueur

Fully natural, made from 100% fresh, handpicked elderflowers . The result, after painstaking refinements to every subtlety of the recipe, is a clean floral nose with hints of pear, peach and grapefruit zest. Most importantly, one will note the wonderfully fresh flavour of the elderflowers, available for the first time in a finely balanced gin.
