Strawberry and Balsamico Gin

This is an astoundingly decadent tipple with Strawberry & Balsamico Gin. A classic gin base acts as a canvas for the addition of fresh strawberries, strawberry and black pepper distillates and the very finest balsamic vinegar money can buy - Aceto di Balsamico tradizionale di Modena DOP, aged between 12 and 25 years in casks made from chestnut, cherry, oak, mulberry, ash and juniper.

1897 Quinine Gin

1897 Quinine Gin is an innovative London Dry Gin made using cinchona bark – a natural, traditional source of quinine – as well as cold distilled fresh lemon and grapefruit peels. The gin was developed to support Malaria No More UK, a superb charity that works to protect millions from the entirely preventable disease, while lobbying governments to affect change. Over 50% of the producer's profit (at least £5 per bottle sold) is donated to support Malaria No More UK. This is enough to buy, deliver and hang a mosquito net for a family living at risk from malaria in Africa. A tasty gin that also does good!

Origin Gin

The Origin range of London dry gins explores the impact that terroir has on juniper. Each batch is distilled with juniper (and only juniper!) from a different location, for example, Apecchio in Italy (right and below), Pejë in Kosovo, Majdanpek in Serbia and many more. The different growing conditions in each place result in vastly different flavour profiles. Origin Gin bottles come with a vial of cold-distilled additional botanicals which can be added to transform the spirit into a more traditional gin.

Moonshine Kid Wolf’s Nose Gin

Wolf’s Nose Gin is an inventive London dry gin created by Moonshine Kid (AKA Matt Whiley - one of the founders of Fluid Movement, the company behind the Worship Street Whistling Shop and PURL). It is made using a combination of traditional botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica and orris, as well as chinook and columbus hops, which you’re more likely to find in a pale ale rather than a gin!

Cream Gin

Cream Gin harks back to the days of Gin Palaces in the Victorian Era, though with an updated method of production. This gin is made using cold-distilled fresh cream as a botanical, whereas the cream was probably simply left to infuse in the gin. The cold-distillation method means that the cream is never heated during distillation, which avoids imparting any burnt notes to the gin. Cream Gin is the core ingredient in the Worship Street Whistling Shop’s signature cocktails, the Black Cat’s Martini.

Bathtub Gin

Bathtub Gin is an award-winning compound gin, made using a high-quality copper pot still. The gin is infused with juniper, orange peel, coriander, cassia, cloves and cardamom, resulting in its signature bold, warmly spiced flavour and natural light tint. During production, the Ableforth’s team sample regularly to ensure a perfect balance between the botanicals.

Bathtub Gin – Cask-Aged

Award-winning Bathtub Gin aged in ex-American whiskey barrels for three to six months, this expression is rich, round and spicy, but still as bold and aromatic as the signature bottling. The barrel ageing imparts a depth of flavour to this trophy-winning gin.

Bathtub Gin – Cask-Aged Navy-Strength

This Master Medal-winning expression started life as the acclaimed Bathtub Gin – Navy-Strength, before being rested for up to six months in ex-American whiskey casks for maximum oak influence. The result? An incredibly complex and flavoursome gin.

Bathtub Gin – Navy-Strength

Bathtub Gin – Navy-Strength celebrates gin’s proud naval history, and is bottled at the traditional 57% ABV. Every seed, pod and berry used in distillation is cracked open before being steeped in the spirit for a bolder flavour to complement its higher strength. Bathtub Gin – Navy-Strength has held the title of Best Compound Gin at the World Gin Awards for three years and won the Contemporary Trophy for Gin at the 2017 International Wine & Spirit Competition

Bathtub Gin – Sloe Gin

Crafted with almost half a pound of sloes in every bottle, this cold-compounded Sloe Gin is a blend of copper pot-still spirit and bundles of botanicals. Big, full-bodied and bursting with flavour.

Bathtub Gin – Old Tom

A modern recreation of the slightly sweetened Old Tom style of gin popular in 18th and 19th century England. This Gold Medal winner offers a full-bodied sweetness perfectly balanced with juniper and spice notes for an ultra-accessible, highly satisfying flavour profile.

Mr Lyan’s Cream Gin

Developed in collaboration with renowned bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana (AKA Mr Lyan), Cream Gin is made with fresh cream for a gin that breaks the mould when it comes to juniper-led libations. An essential addition to any bartender’s spirit ensemble, Cream Gin adds body, weight and full-on flavour to a wealth of cocktails.

Jaffa Cake Gin

Distilled with oranges, fresh orange peel, cocoa powder and real life no-fooling Jaffa cakes! A nostalgic treat, the Jaffa Cake is party zingy citrus, part velvety chocolate - and now the ATOM team's clever distillers have capture it in gin form! Simply enjoyed with ice and lemonade, or in a Negroni, garnished with a Jaffa Cake of course!
