Slingsby London Dry Gin
Made with 24 botanicals, (17 of which are locally sourced in Yorkshire), Harrogate aquifer water and pure single grain spirit.
Slingsby gin is named after William Slingsby, a famous English soldier and adventurer who discovered the benefits of the spa water from the local Tewit well in Harrogate in the 16th century.
Tea producer Taylors of Harrogate supply the Slingsby team with green tea and jasmine, and the the other botanicals featured include juniper, angelica, cassia, orris root, coriander seed, liquorice, nettles, heather, rhubarb and grapefruit.

|Nose:||The nose is greeted with a stewed fruit sweetness followed by a strong grapefruit citrus charge. The primrose, hyssop and sweet cicely lend a delicate air. Rosemary and thyme combine to bring a herbal twang, adding a somewhat savoury tone to the subtle juniper.|
|Finish:||An initial burst of refreshing citrus and grapefruit gives way to juniper landing in the middle of the taste finish: Herbaceous sweetness, led by sweet cicely along with Taylors of Harrogate jasmine scented green tea round off the taste beautifully.|
|Serve:||We recommend with premium tonic water, on ice with a twist of grapefruit peel and fresh blueberries.|
