Very gently distilled, with tails cuts by taste. Cut with Blenheim Palace Natural Mineral Water.

Smooth and Savoury
A beautiful dry gin with sweetness from the spices. It’s a playful gin, beautifully balanced. It’s really, really lovely.
Ideal mixer: Classic tonic
Recommended garnish: Red Grapefruit
Ideal serve: In a G&T with a neutral, unflavoured tonic water, in a ratio of no more than 2.5:1
