This small batch philosophy ensures that every aspect of their gin meets their precise vision. Everything is crafted and perfected by hand.
Shortcross Gin was created to be a classical Gin with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes. It is highly aromatic with an exceptionally long and smooth finish.

The botanicals in Shortcross Gin combine to create a classic juniper forward gin with uplifting floral notes, and smooth and sweet flavours with a long smooth finish.
Shortcross Gin is now the most awarded gin produced on the island of Ireland with over 25 top flight awards including Gold at the 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Nose: | Juniper is clear with earthy notes intertwined with orange. Light peppery citric notes and a mellow minty scent. Some darker notes of elderberries and leather. |
Palate: | Balanced with vanilla notes. Light peppery and oily. Junipers evident but not overtaking. Late notes of orange and elder. |
Finish: | Long, peppery with oily notes of elderberries with orange in the late partition. |
Serve: | Shortcross Gin, Elderflower Tonic Water, Orange Peel & a sprig of fresh Mint to garnish |
