Oxley Classic English Dry Gin

Oxley is made by the innovative Cold Distillation process and is the first spirit created without the use of elevated temperatures.

Cold Distillation occurs at -5 degrees celcius capturing the natural flavours of the botanicals and preserving them in the final spirit.

While Cold Distillation makes the fresh, bright, smooth taste of Oxley possible, what makes it achievable is the small batch crafted production methods that ensure consistent and exceptionally high quality of spirit. Only 240 bottles can be produced each day, making Oxley a genuine rarity.

No effort is spared in the selection of only the finest quality botanicals. Some are peeled by hand, while others are cut or ground. They are then weighed and measured by hand to precisely the right proportions.

The fourteen botanicals in Oxley Gin are Juniper, grapefruit, orange, lemon, coriander, cassia bark, liquorice, angelica root, orris root, almonds, cocoa nibs, meadowsweet, vanilla and nutmeg.

Exclusive botanicals:

  • Cocoa nibs
  • Meadowsweet
