Arbikie’s Kirsty’s Gin

Kirsty’s Gin is filled with the character of Arbikie’s Angus home.  Named after their first Master Distiller, her chosen botanicals of kelp, carline thistle and blueberry combined with our home grown potato spirit embody the elements of ocean, rock and land that surround us.

Nose:Fresh and crisp. Evident floral and citrus notes which you pick up straight away. Notes of Black pepper, blueberries and rose water. Warm spicy background. Juniper.
Palate:Well balanced and rounded. Creamy notes of black pepper, blueberries, lemon citrus, liquorice, juniper.
Finish:Exceptionally smooth - fades slowly reminding the palate of the fantastic balance.
Serve/garnish:We recommend as Kirsty's Gin and Tonic - Take a tall glass filled with ice. Add generous measure of Kirsty's Gin. Top up with the quality tonic. Garnish with six blueberries and twist of lemon. Stir once with a bar spoon.
