Intense and Aromatic

Ageing in carefully selected American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels adds, colour, sweetness and complexity whilst retaining its gin lineage

Ideal mixer: Ginger Ale

Recommended garnish: Lime

Ideal serve: With sweet vermouth and ice

Aged: Wood rested

Palate:Smooth and rounded. Caramel and juniper with some heat and sweetness.
Finish:Fruity, balanced and complex with bourbon notes making way for the gin
Serve:40ml Cask Aged gin, 100 ml Fever-tree Ginger Ale, 2 dashes Chocolate bitters, 3 cubes of ice and lime wheel garnish. Old Fashioned glass.
