Tristan Stephenson is a drinks industry professional, who is internationally recognised as a bar operator, author and consultant. Over the past thirteen years he has functioned as bartender, chef and owner of various high profile bars, as well has travelling and consulting on over 100 venues in 40+ countries.

In 2009 he co-founded Fluid Movement, a breakthrough global drinks consultancy company, and since then has founded and operated four unique venues, including The Worship Street Whistling Shop and, more recently, Surfside.

In 2013 Tristan released the Andre Simon Award nominated The Curious Bartender: The Artistry and Alchemy of Mixing the Perfect Cocktail, which went on to become an Evening Standard Bestseller and was featured in the Times Books of the Year. His second book, An Odyssey of Whiskies, will be released in October 2014, and his third, The Curious Barista, in March 2015.
