It is an honour to be welcomed into and now be part of the Gin Guild. It was great to see everyone on such good form\, despite the industry challenges. I am constantly struck by the strength of the community around gin\nWe are so looking forward to a night away\, some good food\, drink & great company.\nGreat event! It was fun and an excellent networking opportunity. Thank you for taking care of all of us!\nTruly honoured to be part of The Gin Guild\, and it was a humbling experience to be in a room filled with icons of the industry.\nThank you for my first evening with the Gin Guild. It was a great evening and I met so many interesting people.\nSuch a well organised and executed event last night at the Gin Guild Installations and dinner. As a first time attendee I was extremely impressed by the whole event and look forward to attending in the future\n\n\nDress Code\n\nBusiness formal: lounge suits with ties for men\, Cocktail dresses/smart business attire for women\n\n\nTimings\n6.00 Welcome Cocktails & G&Ts\, with various gins for your appreciation\, drawn from the legendary Guild bar. This is a showcase of gins from new members who have joined the Guild in the last year\, and new products from existing members that have been launched in the last twelve months. \n6.40 Installation of new Guild members (bar closes) \nPost installation The Guild bar reopens. \n8.15 Dinner \nTime permitting\, the Guild bar offer a selection of G&Ts for a nightcap. \n10.30 Carriages. All attendees must to vacate the premises. \nAfter-Party Why not head to The Ned\, a 5 minute walk\, for another cocktail or nightcap to catch up with friends new and old? \nEvent information\nThe Gin Guild installation is held in the early evening\, before the Board of the Gin Guild\, in the Old Library at London’s Guildhall\, in front of invited guests and colleagues and Guild members. \nThis event has a distinctive character\, shaped by its setting within London’s historic Guildhall – a building that has stood at the heart of the City for centuries as a place of ceremony\, governance and fellowship. \nBefore and after the ceremony\, members of the Guild\, both old and new\, along with their guests\, gather around the gin bar\, continuing a tradition of conviviality and networking that sits naturally within such a setting. \nAfter the installation ceremony members and their guests are able to enjoy a Three course formal dinner. \nA full e-brochure for the event is available to share with potential guests. \n\n\n\n\nS T A R T E R \nOlive oil poached salmon with sea vegetables & crispy kale (gf) \nOR \nCourgette carpaccio with a lemon & dill sauce\, rocket\, preserved lemon & charred corn brittle (ve\, gf) \nServed with a Section of Breads\n\nFiano IGT Terre Siciliane\, T-Orestiadi – Molino a Vento\, Sicily\, Italy\n\n\n\nM A I N    C O U R S E \nBeef tenderloin paired with white asparagus\, pomme puree\, curly kale & loganberry jam (gf) \nOR \nPea & goat’s curd gnocchi with Berkswell shavings & pea shoots (v)\nTooma River Shiraz\, Tooma River\, Australia\, 2022\n\n\nD E S S E R T \nGlazed apricot mousse served with orange scented granola & apricot gel (v)\nEdinburgh Orange Blossom and Mandarin Gin Liqueur\n\n\n\nFair Trade Rich Roast Coffee\nServed with Petit Four\n\n\n\n\nAny dietary requirements need to be advised at time of booking.
