The Origin range of London dry gin explores the impact that terroir on their gin. Each batch is made using one botanical only - juniper. However, the juniper for each batch comes from a different location, including the likes of Apecchio in Italy, Pejë in Kosovo, Majdanpek in Serbia and more.
The differences in growing conditions results in vastly different flavour profiles - each one is distinct and unique. The bottles of Origin Gin also come with a vial of cold-distilled additional botanicals, which can be added to the bottle to transform the spirit into a more traditional gin.
